I think all our comments have missed the point. America ever so reluctantly and almost always never does apologize. By not apologizing you don't have to make amends. These actions and not helping victims once again ,be- smudges America. This hurts our citizens and we lose respect across the world. I truly wish we would finally remedy this style of action.

It's actually not the same Xi. They are different in Chinese characters, but their romanization (Pin Yin) is the same
