But the questions were not related to the film and Hasan already knew that Affan could not dance. Hasan tried to be funny and friendly but overstepped journalistic boundaries. It can be clearly seen that Amina Ilyas also did not expect some questions so she also answered in a different tone.

Hassan is a journalist after all and I dont think he was out of line. he asked genuine questions and kudos to affan who answered them really well

I studied journalism, the basics we were taught were based on the relevant subject. If it was a general interview then there is no problem in asking any questions but if it is a promotional interview then only discuss the film and related questions. Just watch Fuchsia's interview, Rabia asks beautiful questions. It was a great interview.

This contractual Marriage thing is new for Pakistani Dramas but in Indian, Turkish and Chinese dramas its essential plotline. they are mostly following same outline where male lead and female lead have that hate to love transformation somehow they end up getting marriaed but pretend to not like but extremely care for eachother finally they confess their love, and boom a past secret is revealed, back to pretending haters another 20 episodes are passed and one final episode everything is resolved and they are happy ever after. another thing that if female lead has 2 or 3 friends they end up with male lead's friends through pure coincidence. so its not just that Pakistanis are deprived of love and they find solace in such dramas seems like the whole planet is craving for such unreal romance.

This is what sets Hassan apart from all the interviewers. He doesn't sugarcoat his questions or give into peer pressure. Affan & Amna were such a good sport. I think Affan should try a negative role that's properly creepy but nuanced. It would be so amazing to see.
