This could be a enormous hit by today's standards over the nonsensical cacaphonous music played currently in 2022; there are some good tunes out now, though I don't know the names of them. If the young people would be exposed to this type of music they would love it. The reason I say this because I was playing some tunes from the squires, Chocolate WatchBand , Kinks , Count.5 , Beattles, 13th Floor Elevators , Doors etc: and they were amazed that they had missed this music of that era, especially the early garage, punk, psych tunes , like The Seeds .

Perhaps it didn't receive airplay or if it did maybe it wasn't enough. I do agree this song should've been a hit. The Music industry is very ridged with its cutthroat practices.

@@shelleyganz9095 Thanx . I'm so into the early garage /punk / psych for it's originality. I knew a friend whose sister was one of the early wild childs back 63-64+65 , and vaguely remember some of these tunes she would play when I was just 7-8-9 yrs. old. Now I'm 65 yrs. young. Unfortunately , their brother , and others whose son's , and bros were sent to NAM about that time period , and I too had lost an uncle there mid3/1968 10 days B-4 my 11 the bday .

Perhaps the record company didn't promote the song or gave any airplay. That's downright sad because I agree this particular song should've been a hit. That's the music industry for you they decided what is played or perhaps they decided it wasn't worthy to be released. Whatever happened they weren't given a chance at the big time. Because this song as well as a lot of others from the same level obscurity didn't really bring anything new. This type of tune can be heard in 85% of the bands playing at the time. It was those who inovated that made it big.
