I used the Stack, went through two programs. Gained speed throughout the programs, but at the end of each the baseline numbers returned the same as my standard swing speed. I then couldn't hit a golf ball for almost a whole year. So in short, I spent money, seen zero gains, lost any ball striking ability I had. Only when I stopped the Stack my ball striking returned.

Just starting the pod but I hope there’s an answer to my question. I’m 54, 5’6 and in pretty good shape. I can’t get a driver to carry further than 180. Around 108-110mph ball speed! I’m playing a Sim2 9° set to 11°. This seems super slow to me. I’m a very straight hitter so I’m usually in the fairway but am forced to hit fairway woods into par 4s. I play from the whites for reference. Got a new 7 wood that seems to fly roughly 165. I would think I should easily be able to carry 200 so hopefully there are some tips here.

I play a yardage usually 5700-6500 which can be whites at some places and I’m 28 carrying it about 250-260 and hitting 7i-gw into most greens. You may need to move up

Maximum swing speed. Rory’s maximum speed is certainly in excess of 127. And he plays at a different speed on the course, as I likely would if I had been playing any actual golf.

I haven’t measured on the course in over a month but I topped out at 174 MPH ball speed in early September. Didn’t measure swing speed in that round but it was probably 119 or so
