I don't know how many other people share this same sentiment but I am totally down for the kits of older classes being reworked/updated to help stay more in line with Warden, Necromancer, and whatever new classes might come up. I'm not saying I think older classes aren't as good but a lot of those skills lines, especially the Sorcerer's Dark Magic line, could use some love.

Very casual player here. My build was very similar except I did not use the dots that much. Even with my less than optimal build I was able to do 52% of the damage in our group during a dungeon run. Can't wait to get home and try your rotation.

They are not immune to caltrops. They are just immune to the slow caltrops puts on enemies. So no absolutely do not get rid of it because it is still hurting them and applying major breach :)

Hi Lucky! I'm wondering, would it be fine if I used my Tzogvan bow instead of maelstrom bow? Would I lose a significant amount of damage if I did? Hey Lucky. 2 Quick questions about the written guide: Rotation section says to use brawler, but it isn't listed in the Skills section. Which skill does Brawler replace on the bar? Gear section says daggers and 2H weapon, but passives section says get all Bow passives. Is a bow used instead of daggers?

On the written guide for CP, it says to pick Deadly Aim (10% to single target) in the Blue tree -- wouldn't Biting Aura make more sense since most skills being used (Cleave, Shalks, Stampede, Caltrops, Endless Hail, and Swarm) are AOE and not single target? The only single target is the execute, so what am I missing here?

On the front bar, drop Executioner because you only use it a fraction of the time and for the reasons you mentioned. Replace it with Camouflaged Hunter when slotted increasing Weapon Crit by 2600+ and just Cleave as you mentioned.

Yes that would work but the bleed dots That he’s getting out of the build do more damage single target because the bleeds and status effects are not AOE they are direct damage and single target damage and damage overtime everything except AOE damage

How do you get your survivability? Maybe me missing a gold maul that’s sharp, I have a powered blue sword atm lol but everything hits so damn hard but this build does a lot of damage forsure

You got Vigor + the shield from brawler you can use like all the time. If you want more survivability go for the other Brawler morph (thr blue one), gives you more shield each enemy hit up to 6 enemies. Should be okay. Briarrheart also heals you a lot when dealing critical strikes, so if you are let's say below 50% health, spam brawler get your shield, and you will passively heal your heealth bar up because shield is up all the time and endless hail and those razor caltrops will eventually strike critically which results in Briarrheart passively heals you

i havent checked cuz im lazy but doesnt Tzogvin give more crit chance when fully stacked? and i think it has better set bonuses in the 2,3, and 4 slots.

@@elite6642 yea true it has pen and at full stacks it would offer 200 or so more crit rate but you have to get to full stacks every time so I guess its really up to preference :D Farming and completing medusa is a LOT easier tho since you can easily solo the dungeon and skip 3 of 6 bosses

Brawler is good for tanks with no over time dmg on CP all direct and single target attacks

Combat queues are helpful for inexperienced players, also change the color of damage spots on the ground from healing. I suggest something super bright for both.

This is looking promising. I got over 26,000 dps on an unbuffed 6-mill. target dummy on my first parse, having no idea what I was doing. And I had no problem with sustain - it was a lot easier than trying to keep up sustain on my magsorc. Keep up the good work! EDIT: 32k on 2nd parse. Looking good!

I also prefer them right now because my keyboard arm can get really painful after doing too many trial dummy parses - long lasting after-effects of my Covid shots, unfortunately.

The written guide has both deep fissure and caltrops. Unsure why one would use both? Deep fissure applies major and minor breach, so caltrops are kind of obsolete.

He's using a two-handed weapon. Weapons that takes two hands count as two pieces of gear AKA two pieces of Pillar Of Nirn. Same goes for bows and staves.

Crit chance increases Your chance to do a crit (extra damage) with all your skills dots etc, and penetration allows you to ignore % of your enemy armor (so you simply do more damage, you need a lot of penetration solo, in groups usually u dont need)

@@mystiquecayden4359 Just respec. With the new Armory station it's trivial to start fresh. Just equip one of the empty builds and BOOM you're back to being naked with no skills, no attributes and no CP. You can even save your present build in case you want to change back. I have most of my toons set up wtih a "crafter" build and a "war mode" build. That way I can devote all points to what is best. Really helps when you are maxed in crafting and need all the skill points possible for doing treasure maps / harvesting.

@@mystiquecayden4359 There are probably guides out there but it's pretty simple. Get a house (Plenty of free ones in most large cities. I highly recommend Snug Pod in Grahtwood but it's not free), place the armory in your house. Walk up to it, access it via the E key, you'll see two slots that you get to start. Select one and you'll see "Save build" and "Load build" as the choices. If the slot is new (empty) then if you "load" that slot, it will reset your skills, attributes, armor and CP. You'll be standing there, naked without any skills etc.. You can basically build your character from zero then save it in one of the build slots. You can buy more slots which would allow you to have different builds for different play styles.. ie..one for crafting, one for PvE and one for group content (I always keep one empty for a quick reset). Just be sure to save them with something different like the chest piece so you don't get them confused and save them on the wrong slot (save your fighter to your crafter slot because they look identical is what I did a few times already) what I mean is. If you gain some new skill on your crafter then you have to save it again or it won't retain that skill. Also, The Armory does not default to your worn build. It seems to be random as to what it is set to when you access it. If that makes any sense.

No. You can get the weapon running in normal mode.
