I just loved the Ascension stamps you showed! I like the earlier pictorial stamps with the monarchs, but I especially like it that they have so many stamps featuring fauna and flora. The ships are lovely as well. People were so short sighted importing all the alien organisms to various countries, and naturally it especially has a huge impact on the native fauna and flora of islands! They should rather call the green Mountain the "mono desert" Mountain, because it will surely not be rich in biodiversity. Thanks for another great video!

Thanks for your comments. It was a very different world in the 1800's, people didn't appreciate the damage that could be done by bringing in 'Alien' species. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.

I am from Sri Lanka. I have a collection of stamps from many countries, even 100,200,300,400 years ago. For example, in many countries like America, China, Pakistan, if you can, please help me sell them.

The place to make the most money is with online auction sites, like eBay, Delcampe, Hipstamp etc. These all require a fair bit of work on your part but that is also a rewarding experience. The other option is to take them to a local dealer or auction house.
