I used to be partially sponsored back in 1997. Trying to get back into the sport just for recreation. It’s been hard choosing a skate then I saw Standard. Beautiful and well engineered. So much better than what was available back in the 90s. Can’t wait to buy and get back to it!

This is the kinda dude I would be thrilled with having as a boss. He is such a humble realistic person and you can see it in his videos he tests skate products and just about any interview ive seen or read of his. I thought it was a bit odd calling the company Standard Skate Co since there is a Standard Byke Co who pretty much started from scratch and still 2 this day builds bikes outta i think Iowa.. He has been around since the 80s and mostly makes bmx frames and parts. Its top notch bmx stuff. Since this is the dude who once again made 50/50 frames (humble). This dude really wants to make a great product not just for the money but because he is passionate about blading. While Julio was skating for 50/50 im pretty sure this is the guy who was designing them. Correct me if im wrong. Also Stefan Brandow is a good dude I met him in Pittsburgh like a decade ago and he hooked me up with some Colin Kelso Scribe wheels that I still have. Awesome stuff dudes! Keep rollin...

I'm in love with those white omnis... I'm currently in Chile and there's a pretty decent shop here called Black dog distribution that have most brands. Mesmer, gawds, USD, razors, etc. I honestly hope to see the OMNIS here soon. 🙏🏻
