Why do European orchestra for the anthem when you can do Jazz (a genre invented here)? This is better than any other version of the anthem I've heard.

Probably not the case. This version is designed by the US military under jurisdiction of a General. I have no objections to the military performing the national anthem, as they have the highest respect for our stars and stripes.
