Sir, this is by far the best, most accurate comment I have read to describe our current, troublesome state of affairs. The sins that are being committed in this country are leading us down a path of no return. Great nations and civilization have fallen due to immorality, pride and the inability to seek forgiveness and repentance. Chief sin is the wonton, bloodlust extermination of the unborn. We are in for a terrible reckoning. I stand by my comment.

This is one of my favorite videos on the internet. the slow pan from the three piccolos to the 94 piccolos at the back. the 10000 foot American flag. the cavernous echo of them all playing together. a work of art

My God, we come up with some of the best patriotic tunes of any nation, IMHO, And Sousa (the composer of S&SF?) was perhaps the greatest creative genius ever in this genre. These kinds of songs remind you that America, in spite of the hyperbole of the present Administration, has always been great in spite of her problems. And I loved the encore, with the prominent part played by the piccolos at the conclusion. Great stuff!!!
