I've been to somewhere that has a high street. On it, there's a shop called iCrack, with a picture of an iPhone with cracks on the screen. Phone repair shop obviously. A shame nobody tries to make some jokes out of Android though.

Update: According to biased hired scientists and their skewed computer models we now get 2 Minutes and 15 seconds of summer due to Human induced Global warming, don`t forget the killer heatwaves at 23 degrees formally known as "A warm spring day" and the Arctic storms that bring the country to a standstill that the older generations used to call "A frosty Morning". Don`t worry though, our Government have discovered that if they Tax anything considered a threat to the environment, the problem "Goes away" and we ALL benefit apparently, even the Chinese who have 1,161 coal power stations, whilst we have Zero, but the UK can single handedly save the planet. Humour intended.🤣😂🤣😂

The map is based on the Willamette River in Oregon, the Willamette Valley- much like throughout most of the Pacific Northwest, experiences a lot of rainfall so the map starting out with a downpour is actually VERY accurate to what it's like here in Oregon.

Great to see really British building styles at last. A tip for the back-to-back terraced housing - make them 7-squares and put a path or alley-way between the rows at the backs, often galled a jigger, backalley, snickett, ginnel etc. EDIT: Fair enough you did mention it xD

Great stuff, Biffa! Those terraces definitely need all their wheelie bins though. A blue, brown, and black one for each house, blocking the pavement. Line tool with a touch of angle jitter or maybe even Ctrl-C. Also definitely want to see some of the alleyways at the back of houses with same, plus piles of rubbish and abandoned shopping trolleys!

And us Oregonians will gracefully not correct Biffa's (relatively minor) mispronunciation of Willamette. It is often butchered far worse by Americans visiting Oregon for the first time. It is even pronounced quite differently when used for a mall in another video game, and from what I've read that pronunciation is correct for where that game is set.

Love the different styles of terraced housing - different shapes, colours and textures - Just like a street at the end of my road. They had a lot of shops down there when I was a kid but all closed down and were converted into houses. I was wondering if I could actually build my Town (or at least as close as possible) and now it does look possible. Great video Biffa, can't wait for the next. Take care.

First: love your series’s throughout the years🎉❤ What I realized when I started a new citie and having cash issues, I lowered the tax of industry to 8%/9%, the demand raised, built a lot of industry and the money started growing. Not sure if you are aware of the same 😊

🫖☕ WOW, this is going to be absolutely amazing! Massive kudos to Macwelshman and Rik4000 for these fantastic assets and props. One thing you haven't got (maybe it isn't unlocked yet?) is any paths connecting the dead ends, but it would also be good where you've got some large vacant areas between the backs of houses to fill them with trees and run some woodland paths through them.

You zoned all the industry over a predetermined forestry area. That could've solved the money problem from the start. Utilizing all that lumber early game provides jobs for the uneducated in town too. I wasn't sure if you noticed that or not. Love the little town though :)

There are additional terraced buildings that spawn that have a small and large front garden (with the latter being 4-deep), but only at the milestone where you unlock mixed housing)
