Hello from Canada. Someday I hope to visit the Netherlands as my father in the Canadian army fought in the Second World War in the Netherlands. He told me many stories of how well Canadian soldiers were treated, and what wonderful people the Dutch are. Thanks for a wonderful video, and I hope you get a chance in the future to visit Canada and do some camping in British Columbia.

Hallo Jasmijn. I watch a lot of bloggers about Vanlife, you are the first one who starts her first journey in the Netherlands. And that is fantastic, that someone tries to start a life journey in the small Netherlands. Too bad that there are so few possibilities here to live in your Van, without making huge expenses. Because you are almost never allowed to stay overnight for free, unless you know people, or ask farmers if you can stay overnight on their land. That is a shame, because the Netherlands is really worth exploring. There are enough beautiful places, that are worth exploring. I saw that you are vegetarian, who knows an idea to ask organic farmers if you can stay overnight, easy to find on the internet. often also in beautiful places. And I understand that homesickness is difficult, try to keep yourself busy with fun things that distract. And enjoy your dog. I wish you a lot of success and of course I have become a subscriber and advise everyone to do so too, because that is where everything starts to make and keep your journey possible.
