More people need to play killer and the reason they dont is because you NEED good teammates. You NEED them otherwise playing killer is a nightmare.

Agreed! I play a ton of family just because it’s got the faster queues. But somethings that solo queue life is a struggle. Hopefully they’ll find some ways to get more people wanting to play family!

Ppl who only play victims say it’s easier to be family but never take team work into consideration. Pretty arrogant tbh. Victims are much more forgiving on solo. You can be carried. Like once I was in the bathrooom because it was taking forever to find a victim game, when I came back I was already in game, without my character, still in basement and someone opened the fuse door. I got the W literally doing nothing. That kind of stuff, that will never happen on family side

There’s some truth to that. At the very least I’d like to see some sort of incentive to maybe play family or whichever side is in need. Perhaps some bonus perk XP or soemthing

Yeah for me personally I did not care about some of the bugs like LF door slam, Virginia tree, etc. if they can get lobbies to a place where you can actually get game after game consistently I will be happy. I am in favor of a DC penalty and hope they just try something. A patch every 2 weeks sounds nice too, lets see if they stick to it.

There are so many problem's with the game at this moment I don't see how they can fix the game to where it'll draw players back in the foreseeable future. From bugs like stamina attribute not working in general to respeccing not working and then on to how imbalanced the game is for the family. There are too many obstacles on every map, gaps are way too prevalent and three barb wires on Nancy isn't going to cut it. Gaps need to be reduced overall while made into a finite resource and each family member needs to have a counter to them... including barricades. Additionally it's possible as survivor to escape any map in under one minute. That's ridiculous. Survivor role needs slowed down significantly. Some stealth should be required every match and survivors spamming for items needs to prevent them from completing their action. Until these issues are addressed this game will never be an actual competitor to DBD.

I do agree a lot with what you've said here. Definitely think they need to try and crack down on bugs. I really like the idea of the finite gaps. I think that would change the way the game plays and would make things very interesting for both sides. I do also think stealth needs to be made more important. How they do that, I'm not sure, maybe making spamming injure a bit? Not sure that's a great idea but could be a start. And tbh the game doesn't need to be a competitor to DBD. It's enough of its own thing that it'll be fine imo.

Agreed! He should be able to take people out if caught in the open with him. But he does feel different as of the recent update so I’ll be curious to see if they adjust him due to people’s complaints/feedback.

Probably easier said than done. They’d have had to completely re-negotiate the contract and by that point the game was dead unfortunately :(

I don't think hiding maps and characters will help sadly. Once family loads in and its a map they dont wanna play they'll immediately dc. Then people have the nerve to complain about how bad gun is at their jobs when the TCM community is really what's ruining this game. Not Gun

While I think you may be right about people DCing once they load in, ultimately I think this will be fine. Those people load back and immediately start filling lobbies again so it’s sort of a win lose. And honestly people who continue to DC will eventually just stop playing the game. And agreed! It certainly hasn’t been the perfect game thus far but I think many of the issues and complaints have been blown out of proportion by some in the community.

Yeah I've not played cod MP in quite some time. Thanks for letting me know it's not there anymore though! I definitely enjoyed having map voting. Might not be the perfect solution for TCM, but maybe it would help.

There is a glitch where Hitchhiker consistently wins grapples against victims with 40+ strength and 90% health. Plus, I just played a game where my teammates turned on the valve like 10 times consecutively, but when I went over there the valve wasn't even close to opening. In my opinion, this game is going in the wrong direction.

I'm unfamiliar with that Hitchhiker glitch. I'll have to look into that one! And that's odd about valve too! Could have maybe been some bad latency causing issues perhaps? who knows. But yeah hopefully we get some good fixes come Tuesday! Just gotta have a little faith!

My personal opinion is this: The game has just too many problems to be saved. When it launched Gun had one chance to make this game into a masterpeice but they threw it down the toilet. And even when we adress these issues the community is too dividied to work together to make the game fair for both sides while also being fun. It would have been beautiful to see what this game could become but I just don’t see it and I’m disappointed on what they did with this game.

Your opinion and thoughts on the game are completely valid! I think a lot of people feel that way and it definitely is unfortunate. There's still a chance they can make things right. The state of the game is certainly improving from where it was a few months ago. I think it's one of those things where some extra time will do it good. The community will never agree at the end of the day but if the game can eventually thrive, that's what matters!

Did you happen to play F13 on launch? It was miserable. Games were crashing left and right and there were hackers/glitches GALORE. They got it fixed up quick and look how great the game became. The same thing can happen with TCM, just gotta have some faith! And I think we will see more brutal executions. They already confirmed a Kill Pack 3 is on the way!
