Name one game that sold better on Switch than PlayStation. This 'Developer' is clearly a indie dev. I personally didn't buy a PS5 for indie games tho I have bought a few. Switch and PC sells more indie games because most people have outdated PCs and Switch doesn't get most modern games either.

I am confused by your question. I know the article I am reading is about Indy devs I say it multiple times while reading the article. If you are referring to when I say Nintendo switch blows the doors off in first party titles compared to the other consoles that is me stating a fact that Nintendo first party titles sell much better then Sony and Xbox first party games.

Xbox is like a lesser PC. And Sony is an abusive GF who treats you lile shit, sells your info, get hacked, and charge you for playing online. Consoles are irrelevant. PC is where its at. If you save on the price of a ps5 and the yearly price for psn, in 1 uear you have enough for a low end gaming pc. If you save 2 years, you have enough for a mod gaming pc. If you are a normal human with credit(average) you can buy a mid gaming pc, pay it in 1 year and be good for 10 years of gaming. Anyine with half a brain can math this up. PC is the future of gaming. Consoles are for kids.

The model of trying to get consumers locked into your ecosystem is dying. The industry is too fragmented, and Nintendo is the only one satisfied with that model. Sony is clobbering Xbox in console sales, but Xbox extracts way more revenue from services than Sony despite having a significantly lower install base. There’s a lot of pushback from Xbox fans at the notion that Gamepass kills sales, but it clearly does. Just like Netflix and streaming killed the box office. I don’t see that as a doomsday sign for Xbox though. If anything the behavioral shift of Xbox console owners demonstrates that Gamepass is the future. MSFT has positioned itself perfectly into a publisher as the industry is shifting towards streaming. Xbox doesn’t care if you’re in their ecosystem anymore. They just want to provide Gamepass everywhere. If resident evil can play on the latest iPhone, imagine the value of Gamepass if first party Xbox titles get ported to mobile and you can play them ANYWHERE.
