The very first instrument, that remains in the background, is the Indian classical instrument Santoor. It's been used so magnificently well, so immersive. I was so surprised, that I had to make sure by hearing it several times! Genius, Staves. Amazing.

I heard this song months ago on BBC radio 6 while I was in work. I was listening to blood I bleed earlier in work and I ran to the radio to see who it was because I love the song. I typed it into KZbin straight away (because my memory is awful) and I stumbled on this. I never knew it was you. You have such an amazing sound. if performed by, I don't know, any post hard core band, with a few changes here and there... If I were performing it ,it's about how much I hate myself for a connection violently severed... I would do so in such a way that I could never make another sound again... I appreciate this version for the confidence it has in letting go on both sides... because I am unable to reasonably allow myself to do so... your situation grief and shame played the only serious roles... but guilt haunts forever
