Jason has worked himself into one the best guitar players that I have ever heard and I have been listening for a long time... The words are beautiful and well delivered as only Wes could do them and I can feel some of the pain this young man has had to have suffered.... Fellows, just an absolutely beautiful job all around and I wish you men all the success this life can give you. Thank you for sharing....

Listen to the words.... like so many of us the real love is just on the horizon... always. This song is about the person we haven't met yet. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever meet her. My wife of ten years is "lying in another man's arms, and wearing his ring.." and at 58 I have to set out on that journey to find real love yet again. For the umpteenth time it seems. This last one, she was supposed to be it. She was the real thing, we both said 10 years ago. Left me to find the "warm fuzzies" she said, not realizing her drinking killed off the warm fuzzies at home. I can't play this song without breaking down. I tried this morning and then the symphonic bridge swept me away to the same tears that are welling up in my eyes again even now making it hard to type...

@@RONVK : Of course I know that, and I am as well. That doesn't make this a song to God. The line about "hope I'm ready when our paths cross... I hope you find me on my knees" means when his love finally comes around, he's hoping he's still in the faith. Still believing.
@RaceFanDana4 жыл бұрын
