@@tbreezo6293He won his Super Bowl throwing to 5’10 Golden Tate and and 5’10” Doug Baldwin. Then it was Baldwin and the 5’10” 180 Tyler Lockett. Seattle didn’t draft DK Metcalf until 2019. Russ only played with DK for 3 seasons and still had Lockett there since 2015. People forget about the other 7 years there and who he was throwing to. They only remember he had Metcalf and then he went to Denver where Jeudy is 6’1 and Sutton is 6’4”.

I've heard this same dogsht the last two years on this channel. You people cannot let ANYTHING play out before making Super Bowl reservations. This team has proven absolutely nothing. The last two years is past tense…… this is a new , fresh year loaded with talent…new offensive coach….. new QB’s, new system in place, new schemes coming , new aquisitions on defense……new primed secondary ready to be lit…….and if we can get another bonafide WR…. And safety/DB…….. STEELERS will win 10 plus games……. New objective, new mission, new task……… last two years was the past……. Steelers are reloaded and ready to handle unfinished buisness in the north……. Got no time for mediocre……. Period! The question is who can step up to be an X or F and line up off the line of scrimmage and play well enough to make team pay for double teaming GP or scheming to take away Pickens and Muth. That no one we have is proven but has potential is the big hole in the roster everyone is worried about. My guess is that we make a move early in training camp or get someone like McLaurin after Aiyuk forces his way out of SF to the highest bidder assuming Washington goes after him to pair with Daniels and Dotson. Khan makes moves but he doesn’t pay top dollar. McLaurin’s contract is $15 mil in 2024 and 2025, he’ll be 29 during the season and he went to Ohio State. Stillers love them some Buckeyes. That’s a deal I could see him making.

While the Steelers could definitely use another WR, they really can't afford one. They're already making decisions to try and deal with the cap (and eventually signing a QB) going forward between Harris and Heyward, paying another WR just adds to that. They have more than enough guys numbers wise, many of whom have NFL experience. You really just have to play the hot hand of who you have, it's not ideal but it's definitely doable. Good coaching and playcalling are super important, too, and maybe they actually have it. It's also on Pickens. He's the most clear cut #1 WR in the league at this point, and he needs to truly step into the role. It could definitely happen, too, Russ Wilson throws with a lot of arc and Pickens is a gigantic dude, you'd think he'll have lots of chances to make big, contested catches this year. Keep the chains moving with shit like that and this offense could go places.

They signed a group of WR's. Give them a chance to see if any of them will step up and prove themselves. Some fans are complaining about them being unknown names. The Steelers and many teams sign unknown players every year at this time. Every team has some unknown players who step up and prove themselves. For the Steelers, Parker and Warren are perfect examples. The Steelers also will pay attention to players released by other teams like they do every year and may sign a WR released by another team. They don't need to go spend $30 Million a year on a WR

I actually think Tyler Lockett is a better option. Honestly more reliable (we know what we are getting) and already has chemistry with Russell Wilson. Will be really cheap to get him too because Hawks already have 2 great, young WRs that they are focused on
