I love this cemetery. We did 2 videos on this about 8 months ago. Did you see it? One on Jane Horner and the other on the other notable people in this cemetery. The volunteers and historical society did a wonderful job restoring this. It was unrecognizable before the good people put so much love, sweat and tears into restoring it. 🤗 if you ever go back to do another video here, look us up

Thanks for this video! Cemeteries are so interesting; all those people had stories to tell. Hopefully we can all learn from other's misfortunes.

Loved this one. Please do a video on the cemetery. That big grave section with the smaller stones looked very interesting. Probably is a family plot. I love old cemeteries. I like to imagine why they died. You sound a little better. Take care of yourself, don't want to lose my favorite utuber! ❤❤❤❤❤

Yes, please do another video on this cemetery. What tribes were involved? Who were the friendly Indians and who were the unfriendlies? What tribes attacked the settlers? I understand that the Indians all looked alike to the settlers. It's a shame that the lady mistook the friendly Indians for the others. You are right, many lives could have been spared. Thanks for sharing.

Nice old cemetery. Going to my old stomping ground of Lock Ridge furnace. Super cool, I was hoping you would get there someday. Stay safe and warm. You are right, people should try to get along.

When a whole group is viewed based on the actions of one or a few members it is called The Composition Fallacy. It occurs when someone mistakenly assumes that a characteristic of some or all the individuals in a group is also a characteristic of the group itself, the group "composed" of those members. So when one thinks actions of a subset of a group represent the behavior of the whole group, they are committing the fallacy of composition.

I found a source that lists most of the victims of the massacre, and says a number of them were buried on Schneider's Farm, which was the home of one family whose house was burned down. I believe from what I've seen, possible descendents owned a dairy shop in town until it closed just last summer, so may know where the graves are located?

There were still bad feelings from the so called "walking treaty" in which the Penns got a lot more land than was expected. Local indians were the Delaware/Leni Lenape.
