Fripp needs to add David Cross to the new line up of King Crimson. That would be so EPIC!

Yes! Larks tongues in aspic part 1 done by the current line up is really good, but i think it lacks the tension David Cross menaged to provide with his violin.

Yes! It’s great to see a former member of Crimson ( Cross) get together with current members of Crimson and play this classic Crimson song. Love it!

SO great to hear David Cross after so long. Saw him with Crim in '74. Positively devastating concert!

If a final last tour have to be, i deeply hope that Fripp will have the kindness to offer David Cross & Adrian Belew to be part of, as guest and fundamental elements of the great King Crimson sound... !

David Cross is one talented musician. I loved his work with King Crimson; Lark's Tongue in Aspic is one of my favorites.

I saw this number performed by a completely or totally different band: King Crimson 1974! David Cross - Violin, Robert Fripp - guitar, John Wetton - Bass & Bill Bruford - drums. But these guys do a truly incredible job without copying, on the contrary, their inspired and driven by the school of King Crimson :-) Going to see Stick men next April in Montreal.

It's interesting and good to see David Cross play LTIA2 again. In the Belew era of KC, I thought it was cool to see Adrian play the violin part on guitar. Now it's good to see the original form again. But the song sounds thin to me with the guitar chords being played on a Warr. The opening chords don't have as much impact on a tapped instrument as they do on a strummed instrument. Aggressive attack means a lot at the start of the song.

That's quite a workout for Pat Mastelotto. He must be late sixties now. The music feels brighter and happier without Fripp's dour seriousness pulling it down. I love your music Robert, but you have gone a tiny bit strange in recent years.

Stupid question: Does Pat have a Theremin in his kit?
