I would say theese figures and art style are heavily inspired by Hieronymus Bosch. I mean they even named the Game after one of his famous like paintings. In the painting from 1505 you see a doctor extracting "The Stone of Madness" open surgery like right out his forehead. The painting is in the Museo del Prado and also titled as such. The characters however themselves when in conversation and are seen big on screen are more in Goya's style with his signature use of broader brush strokes. Cheers good review as usual I'm picking this one up for sure.

Excellent review. Thanks. For me there's just one thing- I would have preferred it to be turn- based. Other than this the game is a gem. And the hand drawn visuals:0
