My boi is straight up PUMPIN' here! At this point they really should remove Light of Dawn from the game, shouldn't they? Or make it a capstone or some sort of proc, like the new Downpour from RSham. Maybe it would proc of WoG crits or WoG healing people below 35% HP for a massive burst from time to time? Or Each Beacon would also mimic Light of Down with reduced effect? SOMETHING, Blizz, ANYTHING

Great Video Thinking of Trying HPally Do you have a Rough Rotation you do?

Hey MultiHord! Highly recommend Hpal in its current state - lots of fun! I kind of have a rotation, but also there is so many different procs that the most important thing you can do is pool resources and plan for the high damage events. That being said, here is a couple rotation pointers: -Hpal has a ton of different CDs so make sure you're always using something -To maximize your virtue window outside of cds do this: 5 Holy power > Beacon of Virtue > Eternal Flame/Word of Glory > Holy Shock > Eternal Flame/Word of Glory > Holy Shock -Holy Prism / Barrier of Faith is super strong atm because it gives you a free spender proc, a fast holy light cast, and good base healing. Think of this kind of like a combo button! -A general rotation outside of Beacon of Virtue is something like this: Spenders if @ 5 holy power > Judgment > Consecration > Holy Shock > Holy Prism > Crusader Strike > Hammer of Wrath. Might try and make a guide after I have some more time to beta test it / wait to see if blizz makes any more big changes. Hope this helps!

I mained HPally from TBC till the end of s1 shadowlands. It looks like it would be a good time to come back. How are the hero talents looking Lightsmith sounds like a lot of fun thematically. Are they both pretty close in performance?

Hey @davidhughes4544 I believe Hpal feels super nice to play on beta right now (regardless of tuning). The buttons feel impactful and you have many utility options without too much bloat. HPS-wise, Herald of the Sun is outperforming Lightsmith. But Lightsmith can do a lot of damage. I pref playing Herald (plays smoother and more visually interesting with all the light beams haha), but it is cool casting sacred weapons + blessing of the seasons on my allies, kind of like Holy Priest in shadowlands using PI + Night Fae!

Does it make sense to run Melee Wings to benefit from Sun's Avatar even more?

Disclaimer, I only tested melee wings a little bit, but it felt pretty undertuned... at least in an m+ environment. I haven't really seen other players use it recently either. Personally, I don't think so. You would have more uptime on Gleaming Rays (hero talent that buffs spenders by 10%) because of the shortened cd, but taking melee wings makes Sun's Avatar only proc 2 dawnlights, not 4 like with regular wings, so it's not the insane increase in dawnlight procs we'd be hoping for :( You had some interesting ideas for Light of Dawn - I really liked the capstone idea. And I think Avenging Crusader suffers from a similar issue of not quite connecting with the rest of the paladin kit.

Melee wings is heavily undertuned. Sun's avatar has been nerfed around 3 times and represents not that much of our overall now so it doesn't make up for the straight up healing loss just for having wings every minute.

Yeah, not often used. Normally takes too much work to hit all 5 people (esp if you have casters in your party) + its just general undertuned atm.
