I found the solution: just create a new user for the same region as your game disc has. For example if you have BD disk for 2 region (Europe) create an account for one of those countries, then launch the game and create the account for Activision/COD the same country, launch the game, instal the single-player company and play.

I fixed the problem. First to say; I bought PS in Croatia, meaning I made my main Acc in Croatia, but while I live now in Germany I used croatian acc and apparently its not possible to download multiplayer packs without have a German Acc ( acc in region you currently live) but its possible to play with it. So I made new german account, log out all croatian acc, and download all what I have to download from a game , store is available and now playing with my main acc (croatian) .It works like a charm.

Rijesila sam problem. Kupila sam PS u Hrvatskoj, glavni acc sa PS pretplatom mi je napravljen u HR ali igrica je kupljena u Njemackoj. Ne znam zasto ali u zadnjih par mjeseci se ne moze skinuti igrica do kraja ako nemas bar nekakav acc u regiji gdje trenutno živiš. Npr. U mom slucaju je to trenutno Njemacka. Napravila sam novi njemacki acc i skinula sve packs koje sam trebala a igram sa svojim glavnim acc koji je napravljen u Hr. Probajte jer funkcionira.

Ich habe ein deutsches acc erstellt, mich vom kroatischen Acc abgemeldet, mich beim deutschen Acc angemeldet, alle Multiplayer-Pakete (packs) heruntergeladen, mich wieder bei meinem kroatischen Acc angemeldet und jetzt funktioniert Spiel wieder... Du brauchst unbedingt deutsche acc um diese Pakete herunterzuladen.

Step 1 close the application step 2 create a new acc make a region Saudi Arabia once you create an acc with the region of saudi Arabia now try it I hope it works on your PS4. My modern warfare is region 2 so try Saudi Arabia
