I heard this yrs ago, from what I remember: A snow storm leaves an ailing father, his adult daughter & their hand, cut off from town, with a stranger in need of lodging. Is he who he claims to be or a husband wanted for the murder of his famous wife? (🎵Bom bom bah 🎶 😄)

I enjoyed the play and the storyline itself was interesting. I found the background effecta annoying, and at times the actors were clearly speaking from a sound stage. Thank you sharing this presentation.

Right?! I absolutely love the politeness and manners from that era ❤ people are so crude and vulgar nowadays 😮😢

Precisely. They’re all road men now!

Enunciation was so much better when most actors honed their craft on the stage, they learned to project their voices.

I remember this old’un being pretty good. Yes a description & cast list offered by other channels is most helpful & appreciated. We realize a synop is not always available but it does seem the standard format of most of these type channels. Ty for the plays, info or not I’m grateful to ya! 👍🏼
@factsoverfiction78267 ай бұрын
Yes, I looked for the cast and broadcast date in the description. True fans of the genre take a few minutes to cut & paste; channels mainly concerned with views do the minimum.

When the BBC was great- before WOKE- and exhorbitant saleries. Time to defund the BBC and cancel TV licencies. Long over due. Anyone agree?

Salaries. What has any future funding arrangements for the BBC got to do with the topic at hand? Stick with the Daily Mail online.
