Samiras Pentakill is a rare and predictable occurrence. I agree with Zeri ult though. Maybe it is less of an issue because it can never trigger twice in short succession and or lingers on screen longer than the Stormsurge flash.

I appreciate Augusts transparency and willingness to communicate. However, I didn't think it's surprising that Zed is getting buffs after Hydra no longer works on minions. He was WAY more frustrating with it and his counterplay got lessened due to him stacking haste and just spamming WEQ every couple of seconds to one shot waves and roam bot. It eliminated his biggest weaknesses. His wave clear and his long Cooldowns. Now that he can't wave clear as well again, he's in a much healthier state, design wise.

Regarding Zed, he was more frustrating because Ravenous Hydra was a thing. He'd just rush it, spam clear waves ad eternum then do whatever he wanted, there was no interaction opportunity. Now that Hydra has been changed, Zed can be brought back up a bit despite still being an annoying champion

The issue with Stormsurge is it unironically spikes you harder than a Deathcap at 3 items and has one of the best build paths in the game. I don't know what Riot is smoking with the item changes, but there are like 5 AP legendary items that EXCLUSIVELY do damage (Shadowflame, DCap, Stormsurge, Horizon, etc.) and have no other stats.

It's bizarre that they have half a dozen AP bonus damage items that can turn literally AP Graves into a Smoke Screen nuker. And they can choose to maybe run stacked Mejai's over boots. It's bizarre that they have the largest availability of nearly "Mythic" -tier Lethality items in the game, literally making AD assassins have to decide which of the *_ELEVEN_* 15-18 Lethality items they have to skip because their build is maxed. And they can choose to maybe run Youmuu's as a 6th item over boots. But then AD Carries... lol. RIP. Infinity Edge sucks so much, it's insane.

Zed had 100% on his R till season 7 where it was changed to 65% because back then he had R change that killing ad champion gave him ad. Later bonus ad from R was removed and his R remained nerfed to 65%. Nobody ever complained about zed being broken because he was permanently banned. He is the champion with highest banrate every season ever. As a zed main, i do not welcome this change for few reasons. First of all, banrate will skyrocket. Second of all, with new not much balanced items, it was not neccessary. The two minor buffs on W E was enough already.

I really feel like this was intentional by the players. I remember seeing people ask about items like stormsurge and them reply with stuff like "its meh" . There are only 2 explanations for this. 1- most people have 0 ideas about what's good even if they're high rank. 2-players are deliberately saying its bad so riot doesn't do anything about it until it hits live servers and they abuse it to climb the ranks.

How is the leblanc changes a nerf? they buffed her ap ratios by 5% and lowered her attack speed... this is just a buff with inconsequential nerfs. even if this is to target her stattik shiv build, you only need one auto for that build and it scales off ap (why does this ad item scale with ap?) I dont think enough people are talking about how Ezreal just got the most gigantic and uncalled for buff for no fuckin reason because the safest and build anything adc needed to adjust to the item changes

after seeing Alistar one shots from stormsurge in vids about it from the PBE i cant believe it made it to live in the state it did tbh.

So I play a lot of ekko, Main even, and with protobelt, into stormsurge is enough to one shot most if not any squishies. If i can get to liche or rabadon... well, I oneshoted a warwick today Edit: this AFTER the nerfs btw
