Old stuff but I think it happened. Not because he couldn't possibly make up a story where he did this but the ease and natural way he adds detail. He very naturally mentions another specific person that isn't in the question or context (the driver). He mentions them by name and adds "that she blew him to get on". That's a weird detail to add in a fake, obvious joke story. He then details how it happened with a totally straight face. "Well, Carlos is married so he wouldn't do it. So he turned the lights off and I went in". Now, the notion by itself that a woman wouldn't know a little person was in there could be a lame joke. I mean, Revenge of The Nerds did it. He just tells it so matter of factly and with such detail that it seems very real. He's not laughing or adding blatantly comical details to signal that it's a joke. Then his reaction to being told it was sexual assault is not an immediate "I'm obviously joking" but awkward, "hand in the cookie jar" banter with the guy next to him. I dunno, it just feels like he's detailing a real event.

Man the host of this channel is annoying, but I digress. After viewing your comment, I'm pretty sure this did happen. He mentioned things that were irrelevant, and, they actually take away from the "joke". Him mentioning the driver is a double edged sword. Blowing the driver makes her look like a slut. But it also shows us that she gave consent when she blew the driver. It's pretty clear, she only blew the driver so she could get on the bus and screw Mencia. There was no mention of her wanting to screw anyone else but Mencia. Mencia knew this, but he turned off the lights and sent Brad back there. She never gave Brad consent. So not only did Brad r@pe her, Mencia facilitated it. Would she have consented to screw Brad? We'll never know because she never had the chance to make the choice, she was deceived. It's also very telling that he was back there with her for 10-15 minutes and as soon as she realized it wasn't Mencia, she stopped. If she was just trying to get banged by anyone, and she didn't care, she wouldn't have stopped.
