Its cool to see one of those combo machines. Most of the old ones i see are made from Robland. I was considering buying one of them. Cool machines. And i see you got a helical head on it. Great choice. Thanks for giving us an inside look into your shop

When you clamped the table without scrap wood on the edges my heart sunk! Please do more! The epoxy process sounds awesome to watch. You left us hanging part way through :)
@Stillnapie4 жыл бұрын
Why?? Where do you get that? I have been a woodworker for over forty years and I often do not use scrap when clamping. It all depends on the type of wood and where you are in the process. Are you just trying to sound important???
@Rickety32634 жыл бұрын
@@Stillnapie yes 😔
@JoshIbbotson4 жыл бұрын
Think clamping with scrap wood is primarily necessary for soft woods like pine n that, hard woods should be fine because most don't get indented from pressure
@Stillnapie4 жыл бұрын
@@JoshIbbotson Yup, like I stated it is all dependent on the circumstances....

Many thanks, been searching for "building and diy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Venoffison Wooden Exploration - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my neighbour got amazing success with it.

Nice to have a Brit on here for a change, but lose the mask it is less than useless, get a particle mask with changeable filters ;) ;) new lungs are not the way to go, oh yeah, nice Vid.
@melaniewestberg28864 жыл бұрын
Actually a particle mask is also less than useless and provides a false sense of health (wood patternmaker for 45 years) with a beard a positive pressure mask is the only realistic method.
@ShakespeareCafe5 жыл бұрын
That face mask doesn't work with a beard. It's false security. Sorry, bud, but you've got to shave it.
