C'mon down! The folks that run this show have a place called Escondida Resort. Most of our traditional touristy spots are in central Texas. Either drive down or rent a car to have the best chance to see everything. 🤠✌

My older brother built the inner walls of the control room of his recording studio, using pecky cypress. It resembled an accordion because it was "corrugated" and very special in terms of acoustics and his fantastic woodworking skill. I loved that place.

This is one awesome Lady with a talent I would love to posess. It seems I've always loved getting my hands on a piece of wood and trying to make something of it. Thanks Bob and Kelli, for sharing another wonderful video with us. As always, I'm eagerly waiting for another one. Stan

Awesome!! I love seeing people doing what they love to do! I would love to be there doing what she is doing!!!!! I used to make Rustic Mirrors, and the person who purchased my first mirror, wanted me to make one like it!!!! For 3 months I tried, and no I could not find the wood to make a duplicate and that is the fascinating thing about making originals!!! You can't go buy another like it anywhere!!! Great job young lady and you keep going! Love you work, and your attitude!!!!!!!!

Beautiful lady, amazing woodwork! I hope you can pass this passion you have on to the younger generation. It is real art and I love that you are using the “dead” wood. I say dead, but there is a beautiful story in each piece. I think you should open your property up to the public and welcome young apprentices to learn your art and others could help fix up the property to welcome the public. Just a thought. Many people would not only love to have a piece of your wood art, but love to share in your passion. 👍😉

Wonderful work this woman does. But, as far as cutting down a tree, there’s nothing that says it is a sin. The Lord knows wood is needed for heat and cooking. Therefore there are times when permitted and times when it is not, especially if it bears fruit. In fact, Job 14:7 says “For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.” Deuteronomy 20:19,20 “When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege:” “Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.”
