Good interview Mungai eve. Ambia mkurugenzi we love him but on matters education we beg to disagree. I agree there people who are capable without degrees to do many things, but as A society we have put measures for certain jobs that must be met to qualify. People have put in blood sweat and tears to get this degrees we cannot then allow those who don't get them to eat the cake reserved for graduates. Until the day we tell everyone not to bother going to school but go succeed without it, we will keep the rules of engagement and adhere to them. It is the only fair thing to do.
