I agree - I like her a lot. I think moving forward, Yelena will have a larger comic book presence and she might start developing her own rogues gallery. Rumor has it, she will be the "White Widow".

The Black Widow is the codename for the BEST girl that graduates from the Redroom. Hence, Yelena wants to take out Nat so she's the new "Black Widow" officially

She was not BW's sister in the movie either, it's just a family created. But the creepy part about the movie was how Ivan was her love interest in the comics and her father in the movie. Eewwww.

false you’re thinking of ALEXEI. he was her husband and then made it he her father, ivan was a man who raised natasha as a young girl and creepily marvel made him have an infatuation with her but later she killed him.
