There's a big assumption that Captain America will defeat Red Hulk alone. This movie is a set up for the new Avengers team so Captain America will probably call in Captain Marvel and She Hulk and Wong etc..

A few ppl suggested that. I just have a hard time thinking Sam Wilson is going to call in the Avengers and not handle his own problem when the theme of his story arc is "he's not good enough to carry the shield". Just seems a little odd to not have him stand on his own to defeat the villain. Everyone will always remember Sam Wilson as the Cap that couldn't fix his own problems. Because of Iron-man and Caps dead? People expect to see any of them. But because 4 main heroes:Captain America, Hulk, Ironman and Thor only 2 left and surviving. Still disappointment cause cap and iron-man was literally saving avengers. But Hulk and Thor are more dumbass than them. You need hope but it looks like characters are really fucked up. No one have balls to lead or live up to cap and iron-man expectation 😅

Think about this: It's Sam's first movie carrying the shield. To prove himself, you think he's going to call in the Avengers to clean up the mess, further proving that he's NOT Steve Rogers? He can't stand on his own? His backup will be Falcon and maybe Diamondback if needed. If you think he'll call in the Avengers, you might be missing the entire point of Sam's storyarc. You might've bit me, but you're lacking venom!

If there is anyway could someone ask marvel not to have Sam Wilson's beat the Red hulk it doesn't make sense... If anything I think the best solution would be... Bucky in Wilson work together Sam Wilson gets hurt but goes to wakanda then step in with relationship helping shuri with the civil unrest in wakanda. The can also play into a love triangle between Wilson and buck with shuri.bucky then becomes the new Captain America and the hulk somewhat defeats the Red hulk desperately... Again I don't think the red hot should be defeated instead I think the Red Hook is smart enough to back out of a battle he knows he can't win at the time after being wounded by the hulk and outnumbered by Bucky and falcon... Also allowing Bruce banner to realize that him merge with the hulk as one being is no good because he's not weaker and needs to get stronger..

Yea, Red Hulk really is not a good villain for this film. Great character but his backstory is tied heavily to Leader, Bruce, and Betty... But hopefully they do a good job telling this story!

Sam was a stupid choice as a new Captain America. If you take away his gadgets he's just a human with training, not an enhanced human like Steve Rogers or Bucky Burns.

Steve was a brave, courageous man and sure the serum helped, it's not what made him Captain America. If you watch the first avenger movie the doctor explains that he chose him because of his heart.
