Such a quaint and lovely town with a rich and proud heritage. 😊 Happy Saint Patrick's Day to whoever reads this. May the road rise to meet you, May God hold you in the hollow of his hand, And you be a half hour in heven Before the 😈 knows your dead.

My great grandmother sailed from Dingle to the US at 15, married, raised a family of 5, and lived a month shy of 100. Her name was Bridget Houlihan Moore. Watching the video was fascinating. I think their was genetic mixing with the Spanish...lol...my mom and I have olive skin and tan like crazy!

Really? Wine from Ireland? All 4 grandparents were from Ireland and I'm proud to be Irish. I love everything about Ireland...although the weather could be a tad warmer. :)

If that treaty was in effect in 1529. Why didn't Spain help the Irish when Cromwell came to attack?
