My mind was blown as a kid when I played Urban Strike on SNES and saw that you could get out on foot. Soviet Strike was the first game I got on PSX when i finally got one, because of how fond I was of Urban Strike and Jungle Strike. The Strike series is a wonderful collection of games that don't get enough of love IMO. Great video!

Agreed, it would of been interesting to see what they could of done with the on foot levels of Urban Strike on the PS2, GC and Xbox.

Really interesting video! I’ve never played any of these games, but I definitely read about them constantly in 90s magazines. The closest I got the Strike series was playing Return Fire on the PS1. 😅
