During the peak of SC BW, the best players would have 55% to 60% winrates. Teams had so many players, if you were able to win 55% of your games, they would always play you during proleague. If not, you were rotated out by someone who was able.

Flash welcoming the map pool "rigging" as a chance to prove nothing can stop him is the most bad-ass gamer move I have ever heard of. and really shows how solid his Character is. He truly is the Greatest.

And then he decided it was still not enough and went random!
@IntoTheSkyy10 ай бұрын
The craziest part of this story to me is how the community just accepted this as a necessary action. Rigging the maps against Flash would be like the mlb deciding shohei ohtani is too good, and making him hit with a weighted bat. Or fifa deciding that messi is too good, and making him play with weighted clothes. If either of those scenarios happened, people would lose their minds. But when it happened to flash, everyone was like: "yeah, he's too good, this makes the game better."

You may want to not pause the video *quite* as much. There's a couple spots where you pause and play the video less than 10 seconds apart multiple times. Makes it kind of hard to follow and seem a bit scatterbrained. Also, you want to be sure that if you're going to pause the video that there is a specific reason for what you're going to say, and not just a random thought.

The closest comparison to Flash in sports is Wayne Gretzky, in terms of how insanely they dominated their competition. Before you try to mention another athlete, please look up Gretzky's records. I'm not even a Hockey fan.
@Zraknul10 ай бұрын
Some of Wayne's NHL accomplishments: Note: For Hockey scoring points are either a goal or an assist. Two teammates can be awarded assists on a goal. The fastest player to score 1000 points is Wayne in 424 games. The second fastest player to score 1000 is also Wayne in 433 games. Number 3 is Mario Lemieux in 513 games Wayne is the only player to score 2000 regular season points period. Wayne has the most goals Wayne has the most goals in a season Wayne has the most assists Wayne has the most assists in a season Wayne has the most points if you took away all his goals. Wayne's second season in the league he broke the single season record (164 points from 152) Wayne's third season in the league he broke his own record with 212 points (39% more points than the before Wayne record holder) He broke it again a few years later to the current 215 points. Wayne is the only player to score over 200 points in a season (82 games). He did it 4 times. Wayne was the top scoring player 7 years in a row. The streak was stopped by Mario Lemieux (see above). Of the next 7 years, Wayne won 3, Mario won 4. (10 years Wayne, 4 Mario, 0 everyone else) Wayne has more assists in a season than anyone has points with 163, besides Mario Lemieux who has 2 seasons better (168 and 199). Wayne has 9 of the top 11 seasons. The other two are Mario. The top scoring two brothers are Wayne and Brent Gretzky. Brent has 4 points. 2857 combined. Number 2 is the Sedin brothers with 2,111 combined. The top scoring any set of brothers Sutters, with 2934 points to 2857 for the Gretzky brothers. There are 6 Sutters. When you include playoff points, the Gretzky Brothers are back on top.
