The Story of Mohamed Awwam, our Assistant Accounts Officer - Transport Division

Today we bring you the inspiring story of Mr. Mohamed Awwam, Assistant Accounts Officer. Mr. Awwam was born deaf, and wishes to show the world that this does not stop him from living independently, contributing to society, and finding success in his personal and professional life. At MTCC, we believe that people with disabilities can contribute just as much as people without. In keeping with that mindset, we readily accept people with disabilities in our work force according to their skill and ability to carry our their duties, and provide them with the necessary support to continue their work without difficulty. Mr. Awwam is one of a growing number of persons with disabilities working as part of #TeamMTCC.
