Amado is definitely an otsutsuki. He deceiving everyone! Remember that man who was able to change his Chakra to seem like someone else's Chakra so he couldn't been noticed by Ino sensory on the leaf village. I truly think he's an otsutsuki who can change his Chakra even to the point other otsutsukis can't even tell. He is a traitor even to the otsutsukis and he's on one of those stones
