I’ve been fasting since May of 2023. When you fast you find out what works and doesn’t work for your body. I just started to intake chuga this past week. I have never been so at peace and full of energy I can’t explain. My mood has definitely improved and don’t feel as stressed and depressed as I used to. Hey Noel, I know it's a hard one to believe but he mentions it in The Merry Wives of Windsor, Macbeth and Othello. In Russia they refer to it as Mumio, mummy, mumijo. That's how he referred to it in these works. "Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and cauldron bubble. Scale of dragon, tooth of wolf, Witches' mummy, maw and gulf Of the ravin'd salt-sea shark." Macbeth, Act 4, Scene 1, Lines 20-24. --------------------- "And it was dyed in mummy which the skillful Conserved of maidens hearts." Othello, Act 3, Scene 4, Lines 65-66. -------------------- I had been drowned, but that the shore was shelvy and shallow - a death that I abhor, for the water swells a man, and what a thing should I have been when I had been swelled!
