When he said its not great and silently sad, I wish he know now he is one of the best leader. He leads them well and without him TXT wont be TXT now since he always point out the best in others. Im not an one stan but I cant deny that fact that he really do a leader job well. many overlooked him as he's not that stern like other leaders but he still shouldered alots. I hope people recognize him more

Soobin has grown into his role as the leader of TxT since their debut. Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and HueningKai have repeatedly stated what a great and supportive leader Soobin is. That he was the best suited to be their leader. Soobin has shouldered the responsibilities and done it very well.

those who have been in leadership position know how difficult it is. Plus, he is the only introvert among extrovert (there are more facts came out why a quiet person can be a great leader). I love him for being open and honest about his feelings. They are valid emotions and don’t make him bad leader. In fact, good leader doesn’t afraid to show vulnerability. This is why he is the perfect person to be their leader. The burden will get heavier as they become even more successful but I have faith he will be even more confident and capable to lead the members as we all witness. I will always support you, Soobin
