5:05 really good example of how good of a leader soobin is. I really didn’t expect him to say this because many idols try to keep it in. Even though he is an introvert, he is always ready to speak his mind and stand up for the members. Soobin May be a very different leader compared to others due to his introverted personality, however this is what helps him be a good leader for .txt. All four of the members are extroverts so soobin acts like their supporting pillar who they can go to whenever they need comfort. Him being an introvert allows him to understand and observe the members better. Also, rather than standing in front or behind them, he walks beside them, sharing the responsibility. That’s why the members trust him so much. That’s why he may not seem like the assertive type, as instead of standing out and leading alone, he just likes to take care of the members and encourage them to do the best. he shares the burden with the members and tries to showcase the group as a whole. He shows the members that he relies on them, that’s why the members also rely on him and try to maintain his trust. That’s why the best way to describe soobin is a supporting leader. He tries his best to support rather than lead.

I completely agree! He’s definitely not your typical leader, but he helps his team in own way, the way the team need him 💖 Though I do have to say only Yeonjun and Taehyun are extroverts, Beomgyu and Hyuka are introverts too 😅 but they all are still very chaotic!

Our bunny Soobin is such a unique leader. He doesn't typically "lead" you know what I mean? He's not assertive and not in a bad way. It's not the typical type of "lead". It's hard to explain but what I've noticed is that he's not afraid to trust and rely more on his members. In return the members respond to him trustingly as well. Like, they don't want to disappoint him because of that trust. I feel like TXT members respond more through trusting each other or through emotions of one another rather than having a very assertive kind of leader who instructs the team. I think Soobin does a great job as a leader, and he does it from a unique and refreshing perspective for the kpop industry. I think that particular perspective also made him become an iconic MC in Music Bank, changing the highly structured form of MCs and getting fans to watch the show not only for the performances of their groups but also for the interviews as well as idols felt comfortable and relaxed. That's the magic of Soobin !!

I remember in a interview beomgyu was sick soob held his hand like there was no tomorrow and told him to leave your not ok in a interview he said why he told Beomgyu to leave the interview and he just replied that they grew up together trained together these are all my brothers I will never let anything happen to anyone of them😢 I was like go soob ❤️👏🏾❤️ Just imagine if we had more people like that especially in such evil times where the human spirit of compassion and support and love for your fellow human beings is not like it used to be😔

I have to applause to everyone from BH staffs & members themselves. Both parties work together to ensure they meet their objectives & dreams. I really admired RM from BTS & Soobin from TXT. They both deserved to be recognized for their greatest amazing efforts in being a group leader & supporter to every members in BTS & TXT accordingly. Both leaders are eloquent in speaking & very charismatic in their own situation. The result of having a good leader, both groups under BH managed to be a role model to all idols out there. I mean, no one can deny BTS & TXT has been one of greatest boygroups in this generation & they inspired everyone! Their kindness, humbleness, perseverance, super good human, pure, sweetest, polite & respectful to everyone (even towards haters) & their own hard works to be come a good human for themselves, has become their own image & brand. I am super proud with Soobin for everything & hopefully, someday, get to see RM & Soobin sit together & have a talk with each other. 😊💪🏻 Happy Birthday Choi Soobin 🐰

I'd say he's the guardian angel type of leader. He appears precisely when you need him and silently watches over you if you don't. His leadership is so comforting to witness, it's different from other 4th gen groups. It says a lot when you look at Taehyun, who is highly independent, but still rely on Soobin and repeatedly praise him for his leadership.

Soobin is what leadership actually is. Isn’t not controlling those “under” you. It’s not trying to gain more power. It’s not keeping them under you. Leadership is about supporting your team so everyone can grow and be their best selves. It’s about trusting everyone enough to be able to let them handle their own but also being able to guide them. Good leaders listen to their team, take their advice, let them shine individually but are also able to step up when needed. That’s Soobin.
