The Story of the Lac-Mégantic Train Crash

On July 5th, 2013 an MMA crude oil train barreled into the city limits of Lac-Mégantic with nobody on board, the train derailed into the city limits spilling gallons of oil into the streets and soon starting a fire and explosion.

Very well done here. The simulation was brutal and surprisingly realistic, The only issues are the train had just 1 buffer car (an MMA Boxcar, not 2 hoppers) and obviously the locomotives' numbers except 5017 which is not leading but those are all nitpicks so who cares. I'm actually planning to remaster my video on this incident mainly cause the original sucks and to spread awareness on why 1 man crews are a terrible idea.

Every aspect of this is correct except when the train became a runaway, at a crossing just a mile away the fire chief was at that crossing and was like “oh poop. Not good.”
