भाई साहब आपने तो पुरानी यादें ताजा कर दी। 1972 मैं जब मैं मात्र 2 वर्ष का था तब मेरे पिताजी ने second hand एपीआई लैंब्रेटा इनोसेंटी लिया fixed headlight wala और 1978 में इस लैंब्रेटा को बेच के विजय सुपर लिया जिस पर कि मेरे पूरे 10 साल स्कूल जाने और स्कूल से वापस आने की यादें जुड़ी हुई है उस समय बजाज यानी कि वेस्पा 150 पर 12 से 15 वर्ष का वेटिंग पीरियड चलता था और यह वह गाड़ियां थी जो हाथों-हाथ मिल जाती थी और जरूरत पड़ने पर पूरी फैमिली इस पर सवार होकर सैर सपाटा और घूमने के लिए भी निकलती थी। विजय सुपर यकीनन लैंब्रेटा से तकनीक में स्टाइल में और चलने में 100 गुना बेहतर थी और यह गाड़ी हमारे साथ 1986 तक रही और तब तक जापानी गाड़ियां जैसे हीरो हौंडा भारत में आ गई थी और उन्होंने इसकी जगह ले ली। आज भी जब कहीं मुझे विजय सुपर यह लैंब्रेटा दिख जाती है तो मैं बड़ा जज्बाती हो जाता हूं

मेरे पिताजी का पंसन्दीदा स्कूटर था जिसे बदलते समय ओर जगह की कमी की वजह से बेचना पड़ा। मेने भी खूब चलाया।सन 2000 में 5000 रुपये लगाकर पूरा नया करवाया था।इंजन की वजह से 4 दोस्त बेठ कर खूब दौड़ाया करते थे।सबसे बड़ी बात मेरे पिताजी का नाम भी विजय हैं। धन्यवाद सर आपने पुरानी याद ताजा करके दिल खुश कर दिया।

My Dad owned one.. have lots of fun memories with it as a kid. Thanks for invoking those 😊. Lambretta V200 should probably come to India in 2021 hopefully, but even though the design still remains same it's all fiber body now.

Initially it was named as Vijai Deluxe which had flat/ sloping stepney at the back.My dad, an army officer bought one from the first batch of Jan/Feb 1974 from CSD canteen in Delhi. I learnt my driving two years later on the same machine. It became a bit troublesome later and as an in house mechanic, except for reboring, I could repair/ replace everything including clutch plates, cb point/ magneto decarbon of piston/ cylinder head etc. Wonderful memories of DHI 9921. .

Dear Sir, Vijay Super Mark II was the first vehicle ever bought by my family members. It was bought by my second Uncle Mr. Vijay Sharma and was gifted to my Father. My entire childhood was there standing behind the handle bar and viewing scenerio at speeds. Thanks for giving me back the joy of riding in childhoods.

Superb presentation -congratulation!I had 1976 model Vijay Deluxe,costing around Rs 5000/which I disposed off in 1994 at Rs 4000/.It was sturdy vehicle without any starting problem & also use to give 40kms/litre of petrol.It was a great product but being a PSU it couldn't innovate & market the product properly & hence suffered an inglorious end but it's nostalgic memories still remain in me.

My father's first scooter. He had bought a new one for 6k at that time. My childhood went on this bike. One more thing, you haven't to bend it for starting like the other scooters. It had also a powerful double chain. Very nostalgic feeling.

I've been watching so may review videos off lately. But this one is really special and very touchy. To the point, sharp and crisp narration that explains the glorious past and history of Vijai Super in mere 10 minutes. Hats off for making this video and bringing some amazing memories of the 80's back to us. In fact, Vijai Super was the first ever scooter on which I took a ride. This nostalgic feeling is simply marvelous

Thank you so much. I got goose bumps while watching it. My father brought a Vijay Super Mark II as his first bike in 1984. Myself and my father being auto enthusiasts have been working hard to restore this beauty. As far as design goes, I still don't think there is any scooter available in the Indian market that can compete with this in terms of styling.

I learned how to drive a 2 wheeler on Vijai Super. My father worked at Scooters India Ltd and it cost him a whopping 8100/- Rs. in late 1970s. In 2001 it was sold at merely 3000 Rs for a new entrant at home, a Hero Honda Passion. Now I think if it were not sold that time it would have been an iconic one currently...

LML वेस्पा, बजाज स्कूटर और हीरो होंडा , इंड सुजुकी मोटरसाइकिल ने लम्बरेटा लैम्बी विजय सुपर राजदूत और यज़दी की मार्किट छीननी शुरू कर दी थी लेकिन बहुत शानदार स्कूटर और मोटरसाइकिल थे ये 💐💐
