The Story of Varian Associates

Having worked in the Vacuum Products Division as a sales engineer introduced me to a huge range of technologies. I originally arrived to Silicon valley mid 70's as a USN Anti-Submarine Warefare crew member flying P-3 Orion. Varian was truly a foundation to much of the growth.

And I grew up around Russ and Sig! I flew with Sig as a young boy!

Just Wow, I did not know how Varian started, but I accidentally ran into it.
