To kill the immortal you must erase it, not kill it.

In the beginning I didn't like Zamasu, but later after I saw the way he looked at things, and his desires. I grew to like him as a perfect character, he had a Zero mortal plan and he accomplished that goal (even though it was all erased)

In my eyes Zamasu wasn’t actually that bad of a guy. Granted the genocide of all mortality was the wrong way to go about things (same as Madara with his Infinte T) but his goals was of pure intention. Think about mortals (humanity mostly) cause nothing but destitution and death, from territory, religion, power, money, fame etc etc we kill animals for fun and sports and destroy our own world for greed, if anything humanity truly deserves wiping. However if Zamasu really wanted to create his perfect utopia the best way to of gone about that would of been to Enlighten mortals not slay them. If he had simply used the time ring to either go back and show mortals the right way then things would of been a lot better. Look at the Namekians for example, on average 99% of them are peaceful being but I bet Zamasu still killed them. If he allowed them to worship him and follow in his footsteps then things woulda been different

(English version of my comment below) -Italian: Dio mio...Zamasu, mio villain preferito di dragon ball (grazie anche al fatto del doppiaggio italiano con Maurizio merluzzo come Zamasu che ha dato un voce PERFETTA! al personaggio e grazie anche a Claudio Moneta che ha, come c'era da aspettarsi per un doppiatore del suo calibro che doppiato i cattivi per anni, doppiato anche lui Black Goku da DIO!) che ha portato ad una delle mie saghe preferite di tutto dragon ball (in generale, quindi qua si parla di z,gt e super), capace di portarci un Goku cattivo davvero spaziale sia dal punto di vista del design (grazie al suo dark look di Goku e grazie al super sayan rosè che sta da Dio su Black) e un cattivo divino, merged zamasu, che anche dal punto di vista di caratterizzazione (il quale, oltre al fatto che a me piacciono i villain con questi scopi di sterminio delľ umanità, mi ricorda Light Yagami (anche se so che Light voleva solo lo sterminio dei criminali, ecc.) di death note [altro personaggio adorato anche esso ANCORA di più grazie al doppiaggio italiano di Flavio Aquilone] e capace anche di portarci dei theme di dragon davvero DIVINI (dal mio punto di vista e secondo la mia opinione ovviamente) come appunto i theme "the birth of merged zamasu" (il mio theme di dragon ball preferito in assoluto, insieme ad ultimate battle al 2 posto e il theme dell'ultra istinto al 3) o anche "dystopian future" (veramente bello da far partire quando si ha voglia di cazzeggiare😂 insieme anche però alla tua canzone "chilling" che hai caricato tempo fa😉)...Insomma, che dire?
