Thanks Mick! Happy to be of service. We are both available in different ways over the internet. Can join my group here t.me/+UuvDpuwXq7TM6CDR And Lama Choga @ultimatemeaning is available and responsive to his youtube followers and perhaps directly on telegram as well for a sincere practitioner.

Suffice to say I was at Samye Ling too. Akong Rinpoche was wonderful. ❤❤❤❤

Thrangu Rinpoche was also my root Guru and my protection cord broke too. And who could forget Rinpoche's smile. ☺☺☺☺☺

Lama Choga's channel is great :) I am from the UK and so proud that Lama Choga encountered Dharma here. Lived in Cornwall too, how lovely. I don't understand how people can become jaded after many years of practice. I started with mantra japa, the mantra of Green Tara and continue with that and other practices to this day after over 11 years, it's the most interesting and beneficial thing I've ever done in my nearly 60 years alive. How is it possible for someone to practice daily for years and not be changed by it?

Yes! He is a great teacher and very generous in his efforts to put out a lot of quality content. Please do subscribe and wade into all of the existing content.

if you follow cultish spirit worshippers...parading as buddhism...then you get jaded
