Smdh. Boom saying he never pled guilty, and says he pled no contest. Smfh. Public service announcement....if you plead no contest, you pled guilty. Smfh. And Boom keeps lying because they couldn't get in contact with one or two of the main victims. Im assuming it was the Hispanic family. Many Hispanic families wont allow their children to get on the stand, especially if they think the suspect is a famous rapper etc. Even though boom isnt super big or famous, but they dont know that. They probably think boom is like jayz or something. So they fear retaliation and things like that and will tell the police they wont allow their kids to testify in court, so the DA is forced to offer a deal. It seems Boom saw that they had trouble getting one of the victims to cooperate and felt he was off the hook. That doesn't take away from what he did. Its on camera and he cant ever dispute that. He's trying to deny shit off of his court case outcome. But theres plenty of cases where someone blatantly murdered someone but pled no contest to manslaughter and only got 5 years or some shit. But if you read the court discovery it shows a blatant murder etc. So you cant go off of the outcome of court cases because the judge or da will give plea deals depending on the circumstances and in Boom case, the victims were kids so the DA didn't want to put them on the stand due to their age etc. So Boom needs lto knock it off with the lies.
