So fortunate to wake up with Sadhguru's words of joy and wisdom
@solovelynaturals5 жыл бұрын
I was riding the bus to work. It stopped for 20 seconds to pick up a few old people. When it left the stop I remembered sanhkya philosophy(from past life) in its entirety without ever hearing a word about it from anyone. I couldn't speak a coherent sentence for 3 hours because I was too ecstatic from the 20second experience. The name "babaji" was stuck in my head. I went home and googled it and found other people with very similar stories. That is how I found sadhguru. Fear,sadness, envy, hate, loniless, confusion is something I can't percieve anymore. I welcome death with open arms and a smile as I have done many times before.

Rishi Kohad is Asthbhakra's father, but the story I heard is different. Rish Kohad actually died through "Jal Samadhi" before Ashtavakra was born. He went to Janaka's place with Swetaketu, who was his meternal uncle. He defeated Rishi Bandi in debate on philosophy of existence and enlightenment

in a thinking-for-ourselves sense, we're all like kings with this e-assisted (evolution-air-e) media in these modern kali yug times, but personally... that uncomfortable position in this story is like my trying to get out of this e-life, then deciding if i really need to get an e-device (like "to help (others out of it)"), then trying to do my duty, etc. om namo narayanaya (savant ji)

How can an uncomfortable posture make a person enlightened? Did he perform a perfect asana without knowing it which is why Ashtavakra told him to stay in that position?
@solovelynaturals5 жыл бұрын
It is not because he was uncomfortable. You must go through much uncomfort in order to be enlightened. Buddha suffered before and during his enlightenment. When you do receive enlightenment it happens regardless of what your body is doing. Spiritually you are elsewhere/everywhere. When you truly percieve ONE/All you feel that, not the body
