Explanation to the randomly teleporting everywhere, It's because when you realize that you are in a dream, your brain is trying to switch you to a new place and make you forget that you are in a dream, because mostly when you start to acknowledge that you are in a dream, you may be able to lucid dream and then fall into sleep paralizis. Had this happen to me, not fun.

Then I realized I was dreaming and I was like "this is all in my head and it's not real and I can do anything I want" so I traced a door in the wall and went thru and got boba✨️ but I was wayyy too excited about manipulating reality and after spamming like 5 different doors I got a popup that said "you've reached your door limit for tonight. try again tomorrow". Back in quarantine, I used to explore and watch a bunch of different movies and shows on Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, but was hyperfixated on Hulu. So one of the nights I had finished watching stuff on Hulu all day, I had a dream I woke up in the middle of the night/early in the morning to turn my TV on and log back onto there. After being greeted with the brief welcome message and the series suggestions had loaded, I scrolled for a bit and saw a picture of all my OCs and a random title related to the main character (I hadn't figured out a name for the show yet at that time). Curious (I acted as if it wasn't weird my own characters weren't on there), I clicked and there was some generic anime opening that played and my characters were in a harem anime with each character getting the appropriate role. I have SO much more weird dreams but it'd be better if I tried making it into a video.

I’ve been having those realistic dream within a dream, dreams so often it’s getting to the point where the line of reality and dream is blurring there are legit times I have had full-blown important conversations or life-changing events that are so realistic in my dreams that shake me to my core when I wake up. I had a dream where I got a girlfriend and time legit moved as slow as IRL proceeded to get married before I can even say my vows I woke up And I’ve been having these type of dreams for close to 15 years how I am not insane or delusional. My most memorable dream experience is actually a recurring nightmare that I still occasionally have to this day. So basically it's a nightmare where I'm being hunted down by this woman who's trying to kill me. She's basically just a hollowed out husk of a person, like a walking corpse but not quite a zombie, if that makes any sense. She also has a tendency to unleash a horrific scream, like a banshee. It's terrifying, especially because without fail these nightmares are the kind where you keep tripping over things and are unable to run/run VERY slowly, so I can't escape her for very long and always wake up just before she kills me in the dream. The actual setting of the dream is always different as well; sometimes it's set in a dark forest, sometimes it's inside a building like a hospital or school, or sometimes it's even set inside my own house! The absolute worst part is that the setup for this nightmare is always different, so I can never anticipate it. Like I'll be having a pretty normal dream about harmless stuff and it'll slowly transition into the nightmare about the corpse woman trying to murder me. Sometimes it's even a lucid nightmare which makes it just as immersive as a lucid dream, but unlike lucid dreaming I'm not able to control the nightmare at all. It's genuinely horrifying and despite mentioning it to therapists and sleep specialists no one has an answer as to why I have this nightmare or what triggers it. I've been having this nightmare since I was around 8 years old and I'm 22 now, and honestly I think I'll be dealing with it for my entire life. 💀

Very interesting, and I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. Science around dreaming and processing things while sleeping is not that far along yet, maybe in the upcoming decade they'll figure some things out that can help you. They probably already recommended this, but if not, keeping notes of what days you have that nightmare, from what dream you transitioned into it, if you saw any horror franchise things the day before, anything mildly of note. You might find an unexpected pattern, which might be a hint to triggers for it. But it is some next level investigation stuff that takes time and consistency, so it can be very hard for many to do it. Eitherway, good luck.. I hope you get to tackle that nightmare someday

My sisters and I would always tell each other our dreams in the morning at breakfast growing up, and I loved it! Because of this we are all still pretty good at remembering our dreams. I have also had baby dreams, but since I don't want kids they are always nightmares of me being pregnant or giving birth, and the baby being an alien or not looking like me and nobody in the hospital helping me take care of it. I have also had a dream where I was flying on a magical carpet with a tiny frog in my pocket, and then when I got to some houses there was a gigantic frog the size of a 4 story building. She started chasing me because my tiny frog was her child, but I could not fly higher up than a meter above ground for some reason

My mom told me once that she used to take benadryl to sleep and one day she called my dad at work, she is a military nurse, and she sounded really scared. This is basically what she said to him "I just woke up... I've been at work for 5 hours. I drove here. My makeup is done right. My hair is done right, I'm in my uniform, but i have no idea if i scrubbed in or clocked in or if ive been called back for check ins or not... i just woke up. Right now." So apparently in any genre or anything. My body is very sensitive to ghost pain. Like if i see or read someone getting stabbed in a book or movie, tell me why that area of my body starts hurting??? I apparently am very vivid in dreams. This is to set the mood that i can practically feel everything in my dreams. Ive had movie like dreams, ive had night terrors, ive had a psychological dream for 5 years since as i got more comfortable in my body and more confident. My dream family visited less and less. Ive had weird ass 18+ dreams that not even i liked. I've had layered dreams where you start questioning reality after the 3rd time "waking up". But i would have to say the weirdest dream I've had so far was a layered dream. 1st layer- i wake up and everyone on earth (except me) was turned into giant human sized cockroachs! And i am TERRIFIED of them! So i was screaming my ass off and ran outside to giant roaches flying and walking around. 2nd layer - the world was floaded. Literally i woke up unable to breathe because water filled my room. I cant swim but i somehow swam to the front door, opened it, and MORE water came in! I somehow beat the current and when i got outside. All you can see was the top of houses and trees. Everything was underwater. 3rd and final layer - MY FIRST TO DREAMS COMBINED! I woke up drowning again but this time everyone was roaches and they were all dead. Just floating on top of the water. Then i woke up for real but i was so damn paranoid and afraid 😅

I keep having this reoccurring dream where I start out in a chicken coop, and I’m talking to the chickens who are like “yeah the bus is coming to pick us up” and I’m like “oh word?” And lo and behold this truck comes up (it’s a truck but we called it a bus, idk) and we get in the back where there’s a couple other different animals. And the chicken and this turtle start talk in about where we’re gonna end up, so the truck stops in this cul-de-sac looking area but instead of houses it’s tall buildings. And one giant building at the middle of the cul-de-sac. I go into the building and whatever scenario starts happening. Sometimes it’s a zombie apocalypse, sometimes I end up in a farm. The end of the dream is always different but the beginning is ALWAYS the same

Yeah most of my dreams are not for people to hear because their insanely dark at the point it's downright disturbing, i had these type of dreams ever since i was 5 years old at first they scared me but i gotten so used to it, but most of them have key-points that always repeats that is flying through walls, being drowned to death, killed in a horrible way, some weird ghoul that follows me, demons speaking to me, it's either my childhood home or a school went or never went to, and space. Now the drowning, the being killed, and space i all feel in real life it is so painful really really painful that i wake up in a panic cause each time i think i have died but didn't, and for the demons speaking to me i always hear them in my ears after i wake up, that has been my sleeping habits for 18 years.

I only have like 2-3 dreams i really remember, all from when i was younger. And i say 2-3 because the first 2 were like a sequeal to each other. The first one is pretty much just I'm dropped off in this candy land theme park world and I'm eating candy, including one scene that was directly parodying spongebob eating the worms under the ground in that one episode, but i was eating gummy worms from the underside of a chocolate rock and, of course i wanted to see this concert for "Candy Girl". The second one, the sequel was a lot of the same but i remember leaving the park to visit my mom and my sisters at this dark dingy evil looking barren play ground directly across the street from the park and talk with them on the swings there for a while. The last one i was taking a shower and a wash cloth in started floating on its own so i freak out, but i couldn't scream and hide in my room and then my mom and step dad come and ask what happened and when i told them they just started making fun of me for believing in ghosts, all while i can see behind them and there's this old timey ghost woman walking by, glaring at me and then walking down the stairs. And the fucked up part about it was the next day at school i couldnt yell either i had like lost my voice.

One of my weirdest dreams that was pretty recent was me and group of people being in a zombie apocalypse. But instead of zombies it was slime people and I was Chainsawman. Dream stories are random and mostly kind of useless, but they're still fun :) I tend to not remember any dreams, science says we all have em but it's so rare for me to recall anything that I almost doubt it. Do we really dream every night..? The ones I tend to remember are nightmares :/ I can remember a really odd one: me and my fam were in a hotel but when we entered it, it was like the thing had a million floors! While it had a regular height on the outside. The top floor was a pool, I would later find out after I discovered a murder and lost track of my family and bumped into a few old friends that I hadn't seen much since primary school and for some reason there were dogs too?¿ It was a really confusing building and turn of events. At the pool floor I had to pretend to be pretty (ow lol) so the upperclass would even let me walk around there, and I had to find someone... which I somehow managed to do, but then a bomb went off at the lower floors which destabalized the whole building. One speedy panic montage later and I managed to get out with 2 family members, 1 friend and our dogs. The rest were maybe inside when the thing collapsed, but I was so happy that we got to save the dogs that I didn't pay attention to who died 😂😅

For some reason, almost all my dreams are terrifying. Whats worse is they're usually very vivid. I used to dream mostly about hoards of zombies surrounding me but now it's more of either cannabilistic humanoid creatures with sharp teeth, vampires, or sea monsters. The dreams usually take place at night or late sunset.

i usually fly around in my dreams either when something scary happens and im running away from it and gain some sense of awareness that its a dream and i can do whatever i want and stop having that uncomfortable dream, or i just randomly start flying because i got bored in my dream, and that usually also pairs with the physics being weird when i run and i start running or like some sort of galloping/crawling down the street, literally like pushing off the ground to make myself go insanely fast. or i start like sliding around my old school gymnasium like its covered in ice

I remember so vividly having an apocalypse dream and it had me, three of my discord friends. The funny thing is I don't know what two of people's faces look like irl, but the only thing I had to base it off was how they looked when they drew themselves. The other friend that was with us I had seen what they look like irl but the only time I've seen what they look like irl was when they were in cosplay, but in the dream they weren't in cosplay. So the second I wake up I completely forget what all three people look like from whatever my brain depicted them as. Also, we kept dying one by one and there was this random couple who showed up, talked to be, broken a tv, and left. So yeah 😂

I LOVE talking about my dreams. I can remember certain sensations like touch, taste and smell. In a more recent dream I've had, I was trying to make a Kirby plushie but was fucking dumb on needle placement and can remember getting pricked by them multiple times. Also had a dream about having sleep paralysis and having all the feelings of a panic attack which wasn't fun.

i was back in my elementary school but i was a high school senior, at one point i had to wash my hands but the sinks in room i was in were all being used, then one of my friends showed up and was just like “hey lemme take you to the north hallway there’s hand sanitizer there” so we went there and that ended up being the library as well, after i got my hand sanitizer the bell rung to end the school day and for some reason said friend turned into my partner and i was like “hey we gotta go back to the classroom to get out stuff” so we went back to class but then my partner into a different friend and we ended up having a competition of who can make it back to the classroom first and then i woke up

I somehow now have the ability to wake up from my dreams by myself. I don't know how I learned that but it's useful when I'm having a bad dream and I'm grateful I somehow know how to wake myself up

I played that a lot during welding school and then one day dad was driving me to school and the logistics drones from the game were flying overhead, like, absolutely massive, probably the size of Kansas, bc that's about how big they are in game relative to planet size.

I've had similar dreams to that gaming one. They always feel like a slightly out of body experience or like, I'm awake but asleep but not, and everything is hazy and weird.

I only really remember really weird dreams or nightmares, here are some of mine! So, about a week ago me and my family went to my grandma's house and I just basically slept the entire time because I was super tired. In my dream, I was still in my grandma's house it was covered in Halloween decorations, mainly the big ones that drape down from the ceiling and my grandma had a really short, messy, and poorly mowhawk/mullet kinda thing going on. When I went into the next room I thought I saw my dead grandpa but then he turned in my uncle and he was crawling on the floor with his back to the floor. Then I coughed up a dragonfly that had a weird symbol on its head (I cant remember what it was or what it looked like) and held it in my hand to show my parents before I woke up. I dont know if the dragonfly part has any meaning but it was weird af regardless The needing to poop dream actually reminds me of how when I was much younger I had a dream (or multiple) where I was going to the bathroom in my dream and then woke up to realize I had wet the bed. This one is a much older one where me and my family were in a submarine but the sharks started attacking the submarine and I think I ended up drowning but then it pans out to see the submarine in super shallow water. Even though I was now dead, stuff was still happening in my dream, like my family went to Atlantis to revive me. At the end, I was alive again and we were in a rose garden in fancy clothes. One dream, also a while ago, I was in my preschool classroom and I was apparently the new kid. This little boy was showing me around but I then I was like wait Im way past preschool and its summer what am I doing here and then little boy just acted confused and think tried to gaslight me or sm I dont remember it very well. There was another where I saw a bunch of kids in a line going into a random school holding mini christmas trees. I quickly figured out this was a dream because it was summer when I had the dream and I went to a laffy taffy store before I woke up. In one dream me and my class were all eating in our classrom and then a big dragon came in and everyone ran to one corner of the room with their lunch trays but I was the only one on the opposite corner so I tried to army crawl under the desks to get there and the dragon just blew fire in my face. I think when I woke up and then went back to sleep, the very next dream I had was the dragon being a companion on a animated tv show or sm.

Omg I remember this dream very well, buckle in. So this series of dreams (yes there has been more than one) kinda disturbing, it is like a game show but instead of winning money, you get to continue living. There is only one person who can survive. So, last man standing gets to walk of living. Anyway It always starts with a tall man in a cloak, me and my whole family, including my pets. We have to talk to the cloaked man to pick a game. The game that has the most votes is the game we play. I remember there was this one puzzle where you take torches and you have to light them up in the right order, with a timer. There was also a door picking game, Okay I'll skip to the end. So basically if you lose, the winner gets to pick how you 💀. And there is every imaginable way to 💀. The last time I got this dream, I got thrown off a cliff in a locked car then floating in the river. I swear when I woke up I was covered in sweat.

i had a dream where it was one of those book fair things at school and we were all outside and they had a bunch of books, obviously, but then right next to it, was a train and train tracks. the principal would one my one tie them up and the train would run them over. i tried to run away with some other kid and we hit in dumpers in an ally but then the principal herself found us and took us back calmly explaining that she’s gonna kill us and told us to read a book till it’s out turn. i was 12 btw 💀
