Tbf there's a lot of isekai that don't really need to be isekai. Think all that gives the MC in this one is a modern earth view on medicine. But he could have just as easily been a plucky young herbalist setting out on his own after finishing an apprenticeship. Still enjoyed this show either way.

The AI I used for the picture of Ashley and Noble required written prompts to remix it. I gave it prompts to keep their original hair colours and main features, to have Ashley be a fox girl with “steampunk goggles” on her head, and for the background to be remixed as a Japanese shrine at night (since I thought it would match the theme of her being a fox girl). The outfits were likely remixed to match the theme of the Japanese shrine. And, of course, giving the AI different prompts would have resulted in very different results.

The sprites are actually from a game called Pokémon Infinite Fusion, you can pretty much combine two Pokémon to make either a cool looking mon, a horny bait or a complete abomination. There’s so many combos and the combined Pokémon can learn both of the move sets from the ones you combined.
