@@biorama It's a fact because I know the management and the band that The Stranglers now do more business live than when Hugh was in the band.The band play to much bigger audiences, this is not to say Hugh is not important but your statement is a personal one, meaning you sorely miss him but the figures say otherwise and that is a simple fact.

They are doing better business now because they're a legacy band now. The nostalgia and about two or three new generation of new fans. It's happening to all the old geezer acts they're enjoying their careers more than ever coupled by more exposure via the internet. Hugh should have stuck around and he'd be enjoying this.
