The house right in front of the university belongs to my family (the one with the garage and all the flowers) The building was built in 1941, but the university was stablished in 1538 making it the first one in america. Before the university took over the building, it used to be a home for elderly people run by nuns, and before that it was run by a very famous german doctor called dr. Carl T george.

Whoever said nope doesn’t live there or just talking nonsense. San Pedro is one of the safest city in the whole country. It is mostly due that it is not a big city and it is not that fast pace. I’ve been out at 2-3 am partying and I have never encountered any trouble. Always remember that it is a 3rd world county so you always have to take precautions.
