Maybe I missed it during the deck breakdown, but I feel like the Jinbe -> Mihawk -> Weevil combo should be mentioned, sure Mihawk isn't the craziest attacker since you have to invest don to swing on most things, but it's an extra body on board that you can use to bounce back to hand if you need a 2k counter

Good move but good to note it does only work with an empty board since 3c mihawk's ability only works if he is the 1st or 2nd character on the board. Good to do after you get board cleared though

@@TheMDavison9 Yeah, it's nice for your 2nd turn when going 2nd, or like you said in a scenario when your board just got wiped edit: assuming you didn't play a searcher on your first turn, like in the game 1 vs lucci in the video where on his 2nd turn he had 4 don and no bodies on board

@@James-134 Yeah it's situational compared to Jinbe -> Weevil but really good when you can pull it off. He has 10 cards in hand so often so even playing out 3 and drawing 1 isn't bad for resources in this deck. Avoids the issue Uta has where you play like Luffy Brook Nami and go from 6 cards to 3 sometimes

you aren't thinking, mihawk needs to waste a whole turn and who ever is summoned is destroyed, you use zoro to get rid of mihawk so you can use him later with the same effect. the idea of the st deck is to use zoro and rika to keep picking up the green zoro.

also mihawk can only summon when you have 2 or less on the field it's once again better ti save mihawk for later

Running a decklist similar! Instead of x4 10c doffy and x4 kuma i down sized them to x2 each and added x2 pudding and x2 red roc. When i fought Reiju i was able to red rock icji(rush) and use 4 dons on jinbe -weevil and took game. Overall very underrated deck and a good decklist to start as a base!

I got this build going on, just with the 3 9cost zoro and 9 cost sanji. Pudding is crazy good here cause you can bring it out, bounce back and stand a character. Another card I like is the promo 6drop Law with the on play ability that makes them take a card from life. Red roc and gravity blade be hittin as well.

@@hungrybug9504 hey dude. personally maybe the 10 cost doffy, 3cost Kuma, the 4cost croc or the you can be my samurai card would be some cards I’d switch out for any of those cards. I would consider mihawk if you are running sanji. But even the mihawk is good on curve imo

took the local a few weeks ago running a film package in the deck using the bouncing to restand and replay out a bunch of cards. nami drawing twice a turn is silly strong. of course was lucky not to see a heavy removal themed deck as it would of trashed me. A lot of people got caught of guard when i was just swinging for the hills super quick with a wide board.

Ive seen many variations of this deck, and this one is the one that I like the most, but what do you think of using 1. Boa blocker instead of dofi block? 2. Hody Jones as a finisher rusher? i feel some times hody is a really good asset to this deck for mid-late both for the resting of blockers and the rush, even if it is not a seven warlords.

Speaking from anecdotal experience, the Boa blocker didn't work out for my zoro sanji deck.

idk why but i wanna do a slash attribute build with zoro/sanji, guess mainly to give mihawk more targets but also ipponmatsu from op03 that gives slash characters +3000 power. so play ipponmatsu -> attack with slash character -> return ippon and set active slash -> play ippon again -> attack again :D

Use stackers like usopp, perona, etc. Then use the 1c event that plays a 2c charcter from top of your deck, ran a deck at locals most of op06- eb01 using that sauce, its really fun and has tons of combos, especially with 3c Ivankov and the 2c film law if you can play that on turn 1, or cheat it out with the 1c event you can get a 3 out for 2. One of the 4c slashed i used that came in clutch was 4c arlong, helps against moria, mirror, or any leader ability that has when attacking abilitys

he's hardly useable, it's only good if you have 1 to 2 on field then he's worthless, he was only made to summon green zoro sooner which he's immediately deleted for being a 4

So I've been seeing these lists go around, and no one is talking about the fact that the 4 drop Moria from structure is like 11 bucks now, as a COMMON, making this not feel as budget. Thats my opinion tho.

Not worth it in the deck, very situational. Better off playing the Boa blocker that draws on attack and block, you can draw two cards per turn with two swings.

Most competitive decks are going to run a lot more than $150. Relative to the games cost for other deck, it does fall under “budget”. But I get $150 is a lot for some players. Hopefully we can see sub $100 decks pop up a lot more.

@@EggoEspada my comp decks are 50 or less and i beat 300$ + decks in tournys all the time, a budget deck for me is 20 - 40 and i already have 5 more comp decks that are budget im gonna make, and also i have made these same decks for many of my friends and some that just started and they win tournys all the time aswell so its not a player thing
