I think we don't know much about how football kitchen works in Italy we watch it from the sidelines, and have no clue what is going on behind the curtains. Maybe there is an obligation to an organized crime, and he can't speak much either without endangering himself or he's family, we only see what's been shown to us by media, and most of the time that story is one-sided.
